AIs are horrible?
Watch this in its entirety. It sure got me thinking. There were no AIs when I started, only SERMs. Dudes got gyno or they didn’t but there sure seemed to be a lot less issues with estrogen, or at least problems we consider estrogen related now.

This is an hour long video I have to watch it later. But I will say I know guys that run no AI at all. They use their estrogen to grow. Obviously they're not prone to gyno.
I also like the idea of using nolvadex only and no AI of course with a moderate dose of test personally I wouldn't do that with a gram or anything wet like Dianabol. But I have used no Ai and nolvadex only going along with the idea of letting my estrogen help me grow. Again I watch the video later but will be interesting to see what people say on the subject. I also think without blood some people abuse their AI they're so freaking scared. Right or wrong I personally go off feel. But I do have obvious tell tale signs. I don't have gyno. Hopefully I never will. I have gotten sensitive nipples itchy nipples before. It is a little scary

I kinda agree to an extent..
just like eveything in our ‘trade’ AIs get abused instead of utilized..
If used correctly and when needed..
yes.. you can grow and lean up more effeciently..
and lets not forget sex drive ya’ll..

AI’s are dangerous when your dosing randomly. I always recommend only taking an AI when needed. Constant bloodwork and finding the dose that keeps you in the right range is the best way to do it.

AIs are horrible?
When I first started using aas I would run .5adex eod at 300 mg of test. Any little thing I felt must have been estrogen. Now, especially after talking to a few people and reading..... I’m running 1mg a week with 500 and will likely stop altogether. Estrogen is needed to grow.

I run next to no AI as of recent. We spoke in private about my cycle. In the second part of my cycle I’ll run no AI, and take 10mg nolva per day. That’ll keep the circulating estrogen high, keeping me good to grow but not allow any of it to bind to my breast tissue thus allowing high E2 and no man titty. A bit of a “wet” phase of the cycle.
