Week 10: Sus + Tren + Deca + Winny tabs + Proviron: Need help tweaking AI
Quick background: 12-16 week cycle (current beginning week 10)
500mg-750mg Sustanon 250/week
Deca 400mg/week
Tren Ace (Scrioxx and Dragon) 100mg/day
Winstrol V tabs (Dragon) 80mg/day
Proviron tabs 50mg/day
Adex .5mg-1mg/day!
-I'm ultra sensitive to estrogen/conversion.
-Had gyno when I hit puberty and had one puffy nip almost my entire life prior to steroid use.
-Currently 41 years old. 6 foot, 238lbs, lean.
I'm having a really hard time dialing in the Adex dose per day. Started having gyno/puffy nips/water retention really badly about 4 days ago. Slowly started ramping up dose from .5 in the morning, no results or difference by dinner and take .5 more. Two days ago I was taking 1.5mg of Adex which seemed to help the gyno/water but I crashed my e2 (joint soreness, lethargy). Yesterday I took 1.5mg Adex split throughout the day/night and everything is back to normal. Wake up today, no bloating or puffy nips and massive morning wood. About 30 minutes ago I notice my nips are a little puffy and I'm retaining water so I took .5mg.
Given the Deca, Tren ace and Sust, do you feel that 1mg/day split morning and night is considered too much AI? I feel I'm that 1% of ultra sensitive that requires a little bit more than normal.

Go get your bloods checked. Could be prolactin issue. You probably need caber

Thanks for the response. Bloods wont be an option, leaving the country in less than 36 hours. Headed to Mexico. Caber appears to have some heart valve side effects that I'd rather avoid. Reducing Tren and removing Deca may be the next step if I can't get the AI dialed in.
Currently at .5mg Adex today and monitoring quality of life as I type. Will take .5mg again tonight if issue persists.

I agree.. prolactin. Easy fix with caber. I did .5 on mon and thurs and mine was back to normal in 3 weeks.

It prolactin prami or caber that’s way to much Tren 300 to 400 is plenty to get great results. I would have dumped the deca and went with npp much easier to control fewer sides
