I know rice krispies digest well with me and guys use them in prep. I think I am giving lucky charms a go. I like the ingredients and it doesn't have fructose. It actually contains some dextrose

It might be OK once in a blue moon but I would not eat it daily.
2 rules of thought here. PWO you need an insulin spike. . Sugar is going to spike insulin, muscles will fill with sugar unless you are a pig and eat too much, there will be none left over to turn to fat. Now this works great unless you train at night. Take all above but consider that milk will slow down digestion so now you have all this insulin roaming around and there might be some excess which turns to fat. SO eat it in the morning PWO, probably would be OK occasionally. Eat PWO in the evening and its going to be counter productive.
If you want something sweet try oatmeal or a protein pancake. Add chia seeds and a small bit of granola. The best thing for evening IMHO is a quality shake but thats another post.

I train first thing in the morning. I would use vanilla protein powder in water and dump it on. I would only need 2 cups which is 58 carbs. Carbs are very low right now
