      Estrogen help!!!

      So I have been on 400mg tren e,400 masterone e and about 400 test cyp for the past 6 weeks. I ran 100mg winstrol oral 3-4 days a week first 4 weeks. I had blood work done and my estrodile is WAY off. I am including test results and before and after pics. I have been taking arimidex eod since the beginning.Now I am going to take liquid aromasin and arimidex daily,one night the other day for a few days.Any input would be greatly appreciated

      Your lipids are about where you should expect them to be from your cycle. What are your issues?

      DO NOT take armidex and aromasin at the same time, thats way over kill. You need some estrogen to grow, so do not try to keep it in normal range. Prolactin looks good but I would recommend you taking caber E3D to E4D anyway.

      By the looks of your pics, you need to get your diet in line and workout in line. What are your trying to accomplish exactly?

      I’ve been working 6 days a week and the diet has suffered a bit.Trying to recomp, I ‘ve been doing HIIT workouts e3d with cardio and weights in between. I have been taking prami eod for the prolactin.My estrogen numbers are what concern me. I usually have nipple issues when estrogen is high,but nothing thus far

      I'd toss the prami honestly and get pharma grade caber, there is a difference as will pharma grade AI's.

      I would try armasin, but not liquid. Its far too easy to get to go the liquid route. Dosing is kinda hit or miss but please do not try to whack estrogen out. I'm questioning if your adex is legit too.

      I honestly might want to question everything you're taking, except that your lipids are off. 6 wks on tren, mast and cyp. The mast will keep estrogen somewhat in check but the tren should have put some weight on your frame. Tren can also effect e2 while not effect progesterone. I would have expected a huge difference in your body.

      I'm not trying to discourage you or put you down but other than shaving your chest hair, I see no difference. You might want to take an honest look at what you're doing and what you're taking, something is not adding up to me.

      Whats your diet like?

      So what I am recommending is this:
      Drop prami in favor of .5mg caber E3D
      Drop adex in favor of .25 mg aromasin EOD, that is assuming you are taking 1mg adex daily and getting no where.

      Please don't be offended, I mean no disrespect, just trying to help.

      No offense taken brother.That is why we are here to ask and learn.A wise man takes the knowledge beholden upon him,a fool take advise as an insult.My diet has been shit the last two weeks.My wife is a damn good cook and she is feeding me heavy carb and fatty meals. I have been eating half of what she serves me,but have told her I am prepping my meals further work week.She was mad at first,but sees that I am trying to shape up. I have lost a Some body fat,but not enough for the duration of my cycle. I do have pharma grad caber,the prami is just what I have more of,but will switch things up.As for the gear, I got it from a sponsor and I did a roíds test to see if it’s legit.Dosage wise,who knows as those test don’t measure that. I thank you for the advise and will post an update on cycle and blood work in about a month

      Tren distorts your estro #'s heavily in some cases.
      & I would b very unhappy with my source if I were using 400mg/week of test & was at 1300.
      How long after pinning was blood taken?

      Hey man, you might just want to drop some of the gear...you are taking a lot of chemicals that it doesn’t look like your body needs. I think you need to slow down and get to the basics. Diet, exercise, if your low T then get your Test up and rolling to help you out. Way too much stuff for where you are at imo.

      Let me add...about three years ago I was a 42 waste and just about ready to hang it up in full blown depression. I started working out again and then a year later...two years ago...I found BOP. Thanks to PAIN and this board I got educated about bloodwork and found out I had low T. Total Test 232 at age 40. Now thanks to the education that started here I am on trt and I am now a 34 waist and at 43 years old I am not embarrassed to workout next to anyone at any gym. I only started Tren for the first time 3 weeks ago.. So when I suggest you back up and look at the basics...it’s because I have been walking that path for the last couple years. Just my two cents man. No criticism from me.

      There is a thread on here that I recently read about AI's
      It's called "AI's are bad?"
      It has a lot of great information that I did not know but basically everyone does not need them and they are bad to a certain extent. It descibes that when your cycling that if your bodyweight is in check and not overweight that you won't need AI's or have estrogen issues and people that are out of shape that start cycling will have estrogen problems. I don't know you or your situation, but I keto diet for a few months before I start rocking and rolling. I found that article and youtube video to be very helpful in that thread that I mentioned. I hope it helps you out in some way.

      Low test and depression are linked. Once your diet and blood levels are in check, you’ll be good to go. I won’t touch soy based products either, especially soy milk. A good TRT doc or urologist and this board will help you reach your goals. Thanks for posting pics, that takes heart brother
