UP THE TREN
Jk never do that.
When you plateau you gotta work harder and try something different. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is literal insanity.
It’s not pretty and is a simple answer. Sure as hell ain’t easy tho

Change training. You simply cannot grow forever. It’s part of the game. Don’t expect to keep growing for 4-5 months straight. It will stall out. Note your calories and adjust for a cut.

Myostatin isn’t something that is going to just leave you alone. You have to leave your body alone so it subsides. Like others have said a break is best or if you’ve been lifting heavy you could go to a low weight/ high rep regimen. Either way change it to the opposite of what you’ve been doing.

All you have to do is rearranged everything mix it up... think outside the box a little bit you keep doing the same old same old all the time your body get used to it you get complacent and you will never make any progress so it's not a matter of hitting the wall you got to look at it like you've already maxed out and reaped all the potentials of your current program so you change it diet everything to something different and after that happens with this program then you can go back to the other one again same s***.... got to get mental in this game...

It is all fiction.. I don't condone any of it in real life. I am not a professional or medical doctor just a figment of your imagination

When you hit a wall head on with your training or your diet, what do you do? What suggestions would you give to someone in the same circumstance...
To simplify things.. let's say the individual has at least two years on the grind with dieting and training..
The only time I ever hit a wall was in the early days when I was training 6 days a week like a maniac hitting every body part twice per week. After I got some sense and knowledge I realized that training was just step 1 in the equation and that Rest is every bit as important as Training and Nutrition.
Everyone trains hard.. some people Train Hard and eat right- but very few people give their bodies the amount of rest they need to recover and rebuild torn down muscles. Once I switched from training every body part 2x per week to training 1 body part per week (20-30 sets), getting 8 hours of sleep a night.. no more walls!
Or... you can just throw some Tren into the mix and Smash that fucking wall to Pieces!

There is some really good feedback up in here.. I actually like what I see because I have seen the same type of conversations over the years in the past and people would have this notion with adding more compounds.. it's silliness.. (I know some of you guys here were just goofing off)
The majority of the feedback here on a serious note is catering around the best platform and that is to take a break.. it's okay to step away and regroup and recoup..
In this lifestyle we put ourself on the grind daily breaking ourselves down in the sake of self-improvement.. that's madness, but yet beautiful!
We can only go guns a-blazing for so long.. in my network I'm fortunate enough to know a lot of top tier contenders/champions in combative sports, even these guys who are who's who's take a little bit of a break here and there...
A state of well-being with mental clarity should come first and foremost... Besides our bodies needing a break,I feel that its equally or more important mentally to just unplug..
Sometimes our best thinking and decision-making comes at moments when we step away.. we approach things differently..
