A simple cheat meal will work sometimes or step back and look at life. Here we are fortunate we can kill it in the gym and diet are ass's off to hit w.e. goal were trying to achieve.
I get discouraged when I cut. My core gets veiny and I don't get deep ab cuts at the bottom. Either I have to much fat/water or its genetics.
Here I am trying different things out with my diet using minimal gear before I blast and theres a guy at work, his 9 year old grandson is in hospice and is going to die any minute from cancer. His wife has cancer and battling it for 2 years.
I'm very guilty of this, but we all need to step and look at things like this or w.e. else the case may be. More to life sometimes then this. I AM VERY GUILTY OF THIS AND NOT AFRAID TO ADMIT TO IT!!

Let's here with the rest of you have to say about this.. I don't think there is any real or wrong answer to this it all depends on the individual.. now we could break this down even further on what to do when hitting plateaus or going face-first into that wall. Let's keep it simple. Let's hear what you do when you find yourself at a stagnant point!!!

For lifting I change my routine . For diet I add a meal . Plus it always good to take a break every 3 to 4 months.
