      Best BF% to start cycle

      Hello everyone,
      In your experience what do you think is the optimal BF% to start a cycle? I'm going to be running Test E@ 500/week. I'm a first time user and want to get the most out of this cycle as possible.
      Thanks guys I've learned so much lurking on this board for awhile. Hopefully one day I will be able to contribute some experience of my own.

      Best body fat to start wow if we all did that wed all still be waiting to start. As long as your not like 30% bf probably like 15-20% range I'd say would be a good range to start.
      Usually the higher the bf the more side. Just make sure you've got stuff on hand to combat any estrogenic side effects. And your end of cycle pct stuff after your cycle if you plan to pct. 1st cycle best cycle just eat and sleep and train eat good quality food have fun enjoy it it's your 1st cycle. I remember my 1st test E only cycle it was 500mgs a week 1 went from 190-235 in 12 weeks I ate everything I could get my hands on had a blast got strong as fuck.
      And another thing before you start get your blood work done then 6 weeks in get another set of books and then after your run get bloods then after your pct. Always get bloods that way you'll know what going on inside of your body while you Cycle.

      bf % is such a touchy subject..
      your 10% will look different than my 10%..
      naw mean?!

      any fatter than ‘some muscle definition’ and the partition will be towards fat more than muscle..
      in my life experiences of myself and others..

      For health reasons it's better to be on the Lower Side obviously most people say 15% or below blah blah I said even if you're around 20 but you're putting in hard work for a couple years g2g.... just have to understand that the higher BF percentage the greater your chances of aromatizing...etc...having worst cholesterol blood pressure issues as well...

      Thanks for the advice on the blood work! I was planning on it. Need to research a bit more on reading the bloodwork test once I get it back. I'm glad I'm deciding to do this now. I'm a bit older and now I take the time to do things right. Back in my early 20s I would of just started slammin test if giving the opportunity. I'm sitting at 17% right now 215lbs 5'11 height.I can see abs a little bit if flexed. I've been mostly worried about lbs on the bar rather than body comp. Just using food as fuel for my workouts. With that said, I still eat pretty clean. I use whole milk to get a lot of calories in between the clean meals. What you've said about your first test is exactly why im so excited about it. Once I got the idea in my head I couldn't shake it man! Thanks again

      Yeah I'm at 17% right now. After a long slow bulk. Having the extra weight helps all my lifts. Thanks for the input

      I want to be lean but I don't want to lose my size. I know best of both worlds right? I like powerlifting style training but don't want to get out of hand BF wise. I think I read somewhere that that your body responds better to a cycle at a lower BF%. I guess that's where this whole idea came from.
