Night shift + gear?
Hey guys I’m new here! Just wondering if any of you out there work the night shift like me? What are your experiences running a cycle on it? Do you get better sleep or about the same? I have an order on the way and will be brewing my first real cycle. I did about 2 weeks worth of pins test-e 250mg/ml while I was on a day shift schedule but long story short I wasn’t able to do anymore, got sent to night shift, and then found my own way to get gear. Thanks in advance!

I’ve worked both and use same routine. Wake up pin GH, Go to bed Pin AAS, I split my orals 12hrs apart and Liver guard 3-4 after. This is just my routine, everyone is different... Hope this help my man?!

Cool thanks for the input man! Do you feel the same on nights as you do on days? I’m going to just be doing 500 mg/week test e and 40 mg daily of anavar/250mg of tudca daily. Arimidex once a week starting with .25mg.

I work from 4pm-12am
Makes no difference. Just adjust your meals, training, and pill popping.

I work an on call 24/7 no schedule. I do seem to sleep a little better on gear. But the lack of schedule does present challenges. If you want the results bad enough, you can make it work.

I have worked thr graveyard shift for the past 12 years. When I sleep is my night time. When I get up is my morning and everything is adjusted according to that.

I personally don't find any sleeping pattern differences with something as stable as test e
