What to eat as for protein after fasted cardio
So I am going to try to split my training and fasted cardio up. Does it really matter if I am eating chicken vs egg whites after fastest cardio? (different calories I know)I know post workout you want fast absorbing protein, but does it matter after fasted cardio? Curious on your inputs. Thanks!

I'm sure their will be ppl that say fast absorbing is what u need. But in my opinion your body is in a starving mood after fasted cardio it will break down food and use it fast as hell regardless. I dont think it matters not I'm not a doctor or pro so lol

Make a good point. I eat my carbs around my workout, so hoping to just eat chicken. Egg whites don't stick to me lol

Whey Iso you can even use hydrosylate as it is already "pre-digested".
Fish is good too sole, cod, tuna they generally digest very easily aswell.
