Aromasin needed?

So if I run 200-250mg test c a week as trt will I need to run something like aromasin? I'm 37 and my test level dropped from 324 to 300 in the last 3 months and in order for the Endo to prescribe it I need to be at 299. Like wtf really. So I'll prescribe myself some. And if I decide to add some var in will that make a difference. Really looking for increased libido and to feel better physically with the test. The var would just be for some extra strength for softball season. Thanks for any and all input.

Hi brother, are your nipples hurt or sensitive? Did you get any other sides like acne or water weight gain? These are something's that you should ask yourself when you try to prescribe your own trt. I would have on hand and yes I would use nolvadex or aromasin. Being your first time remember to be clean and sterile. Clinics usually inject 200mg every 2 weeks(14 days apart). For trt. Some of my friends are doing the clinic thing and they are not in need of any nolvadex,aromasin or arimadex. Good luck keep up on your blood work. Bring in the var later and see how you feel with your own dosage you choose. Var is mild and will help you trim up in my opinion. I use 50mg a day when I decide to cycle it. Good luck take care! You shouldn't need it at that dose.
Everyone is different though. Due to this fact, AI dose will be different for one person vs another.
So I can give a recommendation though...
First is bloodwork.
Maybe run no AI for 5 weeks then get bloodwork.
If estro elevated too high, begin aromasin.
12.5mg once per week, and then bloodwork again near end.

My first cycle (I blast and cruise now) was 500mg Test E and I didn't use an AI.(probably could have).

Two choices:
1) No Aromasin
If you notice higher blood pressure, significant water retention, or sensitive nipples(this is the main thing people use for feel)...
Start aromasin at 12.5mg EOD for a week. If sensitivity subsides, then 12.5mg E4D (every 4 days) for a week, if nothing then try 12.5mg E7D.
If nipple sensitivity returns on E7D schedule, you know that for that dosage you need 12.5mg at least around E4D.

2) Run 12.5mg E7D (once per week)from the jump.
If you notice nipple sensitivity, try E5D.

2a)At first sign of nipple sensitivity, run nolvadex 20mg EOD for 1 week, then when sensitivity is gone, 10mg E3D from then on.

100,000) yep... that many choices and opinions, first hand accounts, everyone different. There is probably someone thinking these ideas are ludicrous.

You are your own experiment.

I personally run 6mg once per week on cruise.

Estradiol Ranges: I don't prescribe to the recommended ranges. I feel like shit if I am within range.
Mine is very slightly elevated with no AI while on cruise of 250mg Test E.
I grow much easier, feel better, more motivation and drive.

I need Aromasin even at TRT doses for whatever reason. If I’m on a cycle I use 12.5 EOD and that keeps my E around 28-32 which is where I feel great and I use it E3D on TRT.

I honestly think it is per person man. I know a lot people say use proviron which I have heard has good properties but I would like to think that using an AI is still the safest route. Just my opinion.

We’re all different. Have it on hand just in case. Personally, I need nothing at my trt dose and I’m currently on 500mg and still using nothing. Blood pressure is decent, no estro sides right now. But I know guys that aromotize heavily on low doses of test so it’s a roll of the dice.
