Not sure where to post this so I will post here.
For those of you using injectable methyl B-12 how many mcg are u pinning & how often?

I believe, if you are healthy 1 or 2 shots a week 100mcgs is normal. You want to be careful injecting everyday if you're a healthy adult. I remember it giving me some good energy, but there's better stuff out there ; )

was prescribed b12 1cc a week.
