      Nandralone muscle cramps

Anyone get hamstring cramps while using nandrolones?

I noticed when I used tren I got them. Now I'm on low dose NPP they are coming back. I eat healthy whole foods I take vitamins and stay hydrated. What could be the cause. I've had metabolic blood tests and everything came back good.

For me it ended up being I needed more salt and electrolytes... real sea salt though with iodine... I’m up to 8grams a day of salt and get the hydration multiplier packets from Costco, I drink one a day... no more issues...

I drink a crap ton of water daily and sweat like a whore in church... a full recipe to be deficient in my salt and electrolytes arena

Mine turned out to be caused by citrulline malate. I was having an issue. Even had do tor run electrolyte levels test. Came back normal.
I buy my ingredients seperate in bulk and ran out of citrulline malate. The cramps went away.
So my bro had a preworkout with citrulline malate in it.
      Tried it, same thing.
I am just sensitive to it.
      Lower dose no issues.

      Probably not your issue.

I'd say experiment with different variables.
Try adding 1/4 No Salt to a drink, which has alot of potassium(650mg) for the day.
Maybe increase sodium(eat a pack of Ramen lol).

Ya I'll up my sodium. I've been eating super clean and doing lots of cardio. But it's never an issue unless on nandralone.

Hahaha my man! I'm just good with the lighting and angles. I'm actually down 20 lbs! I did some bis and tris with a post workout carb overload and took the pic. I still have a long ways to go. But thank you!

I started getting them a while ago in my calves. They would wake me up in the middle of the night. That's a bad way to wake up is with a insane calf cramping. I'd be cussing and punching the bed lol. At 3 am and my wife would think I'm crazy ha ha. Ended up being my potassium levels I guess. I read it could cause that so I upped my levels and they have stopped.

My hamstrings always cramp during single leg curls. I upped my potassium but that didnt help.

My sodium is up pretty high as well.

Not sure how to stop them.

First I’ll say that blood tests actually don’t accurately cover everything. Magnesium for example is a worthless blood test. It doesn’t measure accurately considering a very small percentage of your total magnesium is actually in the blood stream. This can cause a lot of magnesium deficiencies in people. Maybe try some magnesium citrate?

You can try sodium but I honestly don’t think that’s the problem. Most people get entirely too much sodium. Very few people are deficient in sodium. Hard to do this day and age.
