Water retention from mk677 is from low potassium most likely. Just grab some coconut water or V8 or some other vegetable juice that has a ton of potassium.

Tren and MK 677 - Goodbye cardio
Like Max muscle said, you can try to cut your sodium Intake but balancing your potassium/sodium ratio is really the issue.

Yep... lowered dose. It has decreased over time.
I have a thread on that specifically.

My bro runs MK 677 full 25mg AM.
Has no issues with bloat or gas.
I had to lower mine to 12.5mg every other night... after 3 weeks up to 12.5mg every night.
So it's definitely person dependent.
We have similar diet.
I tried manipulating salt and potassium.
Added No Salt for a boost in potassium.

I've found that with legit MK I need to take about a month or so to titrate my dose upwards, starting at 6.25mgs for two weeks, then 12.5, them finally to the full 25mgs. Helps a lot with the fatigue. Good control over my sodium intake is key to prevent bloating.

I've never gotten the fatigue and lethargy.
I do have tingling numb fingers, especially when I wake up.
Also issue with a couple of fingers in the morning, can't close hand all the way. The other fingers close to my hand, but my right index finger won't all the way. My left pinky does a weird sort of thing where it meets resistance then pops closed, when trying to make a fist (when I first wake up). Nothing unbearable.
Also if I position my elbow bent like when eating at table, holding phone, ect. Which I have always kind of gotten, but not to this extreme.

Potassium deficiency is super common when on tren, doing cut cycles and planned cut diets. Way too many folk dont calculate out their micronutrients, I reckon its essential, then I followed up with blood tests to make sure I was metabolising all the nutrients and didnt have a specific problem.
I found cardarine OK, but stopped it due to concern over serious lack of research and way too much BS with SARMS and SARMS like products. Cardarine I believe failed its medical trials. Way too experimental for me

So when I made this thread I was about 7 weeks into the blast. The pumps were simply amazing. The best blast I have done thus far. I like the fact I was able to use lower dosage of testosterone and deca to get awesome effects with the addition of Tren and Mk677.
My last Tren E inject was April 3.
I stopped MK 677 for a week. Now back on 12.5mg before bed.
I can tell you that the pumps are no where near what they were. Tren E added to the blast was the wow factor(expected).
Can't wait to run this blast all the way through next time.
I am still on my blast but 900 Test E and 720 Deca.
I will be running GW as well, so I can keep my cardio up somewhat.
