      Why do you do it, when did all-start where you caught the gym bug?

      Don't tell us what we want to hear, be honest with yourself and tell us why do you do it? (Specifics, the gear, the excessive dieting, killer sessions or even multiple sessions daily, everything under the bodybuilding/fitness Spectrum)

      How old were you when you caught the gym bug? And was there some sort of influence, a person, an iconic role model, was it a sport you played or even the military?

      For me it started by growing up fat as fuck, didn't get laid until I was 18 and it was by a washed out stripper at 15 I weighed in at 220+lbs. Then I got into the wrong drug crowd and ended up doing 3 years in the pin, thats where the addiction started. My workout buddy in there got me into shape and he was an ex seal, super intense dude. When I got out, I changed my life. Got into the fire service and now I get paid to workout, been doing that for about 10-12 years.

      Honestly, I get a sense of satisfaction when dudes my age early 40's, are fat and lazy and ready to punch their timecard out, and then I keep getting fitter every year. It motivates me to be in better shape then the dudes half my age, and to have a goal in life. So, now I'm prepping for my first show and I love it.

      As for gym time, honestly since I got out over 19 years ago its been my therapy. Psychologist just listen, and are expensive. The gym gives you physical and mental results and Im addicted. From hungover to having a buzz, if it was gym time, I was there. Late night workouts or early morning, fuck it! You say I cant, I say fuck you.

      Thats my drive..
