Letro protocol experiences
Hello fellow brothers! First of all I love this group. I love the knowledge that is available. I want to start this thread for both informational and personal reasons. I've read multiple threads about gyno reduction and the Letro protocol to do so. What I don't see in those threads are too many detailed accounts of how severe your gyno was and how much it was actually reduced it reversed. These details can be quite inspiring to the young scared male combating gyno or like me, about to run their first, hopefully last after learning my lesson, Letro gyno reduction protocol. I'd love for some experienced brothers to share their stories. How mad was your gyno? What did you get it from? How much success did you see from the Letro? How long was the duration? Were you still in cycle? Tell me everything, for me and others that may be curious.
Thank you all!

OK young buck.....
Letro would not be my first choice to control estrogen. Research aromasin and compare the two and you will see why. Your bony needs estrogen, so do not try to knock it out, just control it.
Raloxifene is the best product out there for gyno reduction and when combined with aromasin is very potent.
If you're usjing deca or tren, don't forget to have cabergoline as well.

I actually had been running aromasin 12.5mg EOD for control while I was on. It did work great until I got a seriously under dosed bottle, not from any sponser here mind you. I have since then changed suppliers and have ordered multiple AI's and SERMs. I decided I'd try what seemed to have worked for the majority of people I've seen, then if that doesn't work, move to other options. Right now I'm looking for people with stories of success to elaborate.

I get what you’re saying man. A lot of guys here will really air you against using Letro. Which is fine and definitely understand why. Some people react terribly to it and some don’t have many issues. It helps some people and some people it doesn’t. From what I read EVERYTHING is based on ones personal experience. I mean you’ve got guys who swear by Letro fixing gyno, others swear it will not due to it being an AI and not a SERM.
You wanting to try something is your personal choice just no most people are really going to try and advise you to not use Letro, for good reason. There isn’t anything wrong with you doing it though.
I’m dealing with some Gyno sides that developed while only on TRT dose and ALSO running 12.5 Aromasin EOD. I am probably sensitive to it. I ran Nolva for about 5 weeks with no such luck and vice waiting on Raloxifene I opted for going with Letro at .5mg daily to see if it helps. It was solely based on availability and not waiting for it to come from over seas for 3 weeks. I may regret the decision or it may pan out. My symptoms are very very small marbles behind my nipples maybe the diameter of what I say would be my average sized areola. However some people, well most say they have sensitivity. I have feeling in them and can tell they are there but you could squeeze them as hard as you wanted and it wouldn’t hurt. Some guys say they couldn’t even give someone a hug, I don’t have that issue.
My point is everyone is different and the smartest thing you can do is start with trying to control your estrogen from the rip and hopefully never have to fight gyno if you can help it.
Good luck man! Hope you find what works for you and I’ll make sure I’ll let ya know how the Letro goes for me.

Have you read up much on the recommended Letro protocol for gyno reduction? I'm pretty much on the same boat as you. Gyno the size of a small marble, most days there's no pain. Some days only a little. Most of the pain had subsided from when it actually popped up. I definitely blame my own ignorance for letting me E get outta control and have learned what to do. They say about tapering up to 2.5mg Letro and staying there until symptoms subside, then a taper down to .25mg and go to a SERM to prevent rebound as your level tried to rebalance. This is what I've read from multiple reduction threads on here. That's what I will be attempting. I'm on a cruise dose of test, slightly higher than TRT right now so I don't think I'll crash out. I will definitely look forward to seeing you post your outcome! I'll be doing a weekly log on here once I get a touchdown with my supplies needed. Keep an eye pealed!

Good luck bro, I’ll make sure I give a review on my experience.

Wow. Really good post Jb14316. Keeping it thoughtful and Positive. Don't hate , congratulate, right? Some think their experiences apply to everyone's but no. It Truly Is about one's own Individual Experience(s). Nice brotha!

Hell yea bro! I mean, there is no reason to hate. Without different suggestions and experiences amongst everyone we wouldn’t really know exactly what options to even try in the first place! I am still using trial and error to figure out what AI exactly works for me, that’s for sure. I take that back..what AI works to control the lumps!
The thing is Aro 12.5 EOD kept my Estrogen at 27-30 all day. I felt AMAZING..buuuut still have those stubborn lumps! I’m actually using the Letro now. So you said you run 2.5 Letro ED throughout the whole cycle? Sorry if I misread that. How does that feel? Sex drive? Dick functionality? I haven’t had any issues yet but have not gotten past .5mgs yet either.
I actually have read some good posts and gotten some good insight to gyno surgery as well. If you don’t go to a doc that specializes in that area, that surgery can really do a number on the physique of your chest. Not that I’m competing but still, I have seen some pics and was like damn! I’d rather combat the lumps then deal with that. Plus my doc is a VA doc and even though I could easily get the surgery, they definitely do not specialize in it and the guys I know that have had it, two years later their chest still looks pretty weird. To each their own! I’m just here to learn and do what works for me and tell my story!

Letro sucks. Nolvadex or raloxifene are the only drugs that were effective for me. Prevention is so much better than treatment in this case.

Letro doesn't suppress IGF-1 production, so I find it to be preferred at a low weekly dose for anti-estrogen on cycle. However, it's not the #1 fighter of estrogen growth in the chest for gyno purposes, ime.
