Lots of different answers here.
First off, your body isn’t “rejecting” testosterone. It is having issues with either the ester or the formulation. The latter is more likely but let’s consider the ester first. What you describe is what many consider test or steroid “flu” in terms of the general malaise you are having. You didn’t state what ester but since you say “250mg” we can assume it’s not propionate. Or can we?
Your entire post describes what happens if I pin even 50mg of Test propionate. But let’s skip the ester for now...
”Too much BA” could be it but also too much BB, etc. Maybe they use ethyl oleate in the mix? We put a splash of it in our cypionate because Cyp is fickle and sometimes crashes even when other batches don’t. If your body hates EO, that could be the issue. We don’t use any BB in some of our Sustanon formulas and use only BA and EO with MCT as a carrier. Oddly enough, our Sustanons are considered “painless” for almost everyone (but me, remember, my body hates prop).
I just mentioned MCT. Some guys can’t tolerate this as a carrier.
So I would suggest switching brands AND esters. Cyp for enanthate or vice versa. I STRONGLY recommend you don’t pin anything other than your glutes. If you have problems there, you’ll be crippled if you pin your quads, shoulders, pecs, etc.

I feel good right after the injection and then anywhere from 1-2 days I develop a lump on my outer glute that becomes swollen and irritated. Once my body rejects the test and develop the lump I feel almost sick and have very low energy. I have symptoms of the test flu but at doses so low I dont see how this is possible. I’ve also tried two types of gear so I don’t think it is that. If anyone could shed some light on this subject it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
I'm assuming someone already asked this but just in case they didn't.
Usually in this situation it's the carrier oil that the person is allergic to.
Ik you said you tried 2 different vials but if they both used the same carrier oil you'll still get the same reaction.
