Brother my nose gets so bad sometime that when I am eating my wife’s Pussy and trying to breath outta my mouth I feel like I am suffocating. I have to stop and breath. She knows now when I take something cause I never am stuffed up but when i am before bed or when the kids are gone she knows if in stuffy she is in for it... I did have some prescription nasal spray but it’s gone now so I just muscle thru it. I did find though the more you take it the less pronounced it gets..

Yeah i take between 10 snd 12.5mg depending upon brand. No sides at this dose so far.
