Thread: Gyno reduction help

Well I might be paranoid. But I think I have two lumps under my nips two different sizes plus they are puffy. Getting blood work saturday. In the mean time I have nolva, asin, and clomid.

Brothers throw some of your knowledge my way. What would you do at what doses.

My last labs were above 1500 for total test. E2 sensitive was 41.

Ive lowered my dose since then.

First off what compounds and doses are you running, and what ancillaries. I’m estrogen sensitive, so ralox is almost always in my stack. When I first noticed gyno it was a pea sized knot forming behind just one nipple. I freaked out and overdosed on letro, which crashed my estrogen and my sex drive for a month. AI’s are tricky.... I’m always worried if it’s real, or I’ve got bonk shit...but now anytime my gyno knot flares up, I consider that my cue. My question is then when you start taking stuff to combat the gyno, how long does it take to start making progress...it’s easy to up your AI too much and crash your e2

Im just on a TRT dose at the moment 100mg test cyp from my doctor.

50mg mon night
50mg friday morning

I was on 150mg test 150npp 50 anavar but cut that short 3 weeks ago.

My e2 has been 30s 40s so Ive only taken small doses of aromasin 5 or 10 mg here and there when my acne flares up (usually a sign its creeping up on me)
