      I'd imagine standard trt dose keeping there test in the high 800-900s. It's hard to get big with that amount of cardio though. You could take Flex Wheeler and make him do roadwork (what us boxers call cardio because we run on the road) and the body would adapt. It's is harder to run with all the extra muscle mass needing oxygen. So the body will reduce the muscle mass to what it needs.
      I can't prove it but I think this combined with genetics is why you have some people who are small AF benching 450lbs. But like I said I have no science to say it isn't just genetics. Maybe I'm just jealous though. I gain weight and strength, but I would like to be small and strong.

      I personally do dutch kickboxing, wrestling and am a green in judo but don't get after it in judo like I used to

      I don't cut weight cause I don't compete so I go for lean and strong. So personally I don't use mast but it is a good idea if you cared about cutting weight. I also don't use any high estro products cause I like to up my speed for my shooting.

      I personally don't use mast, winny, and I also don't like loading up on DHTs cause I got some good hair I enjoy keeping for the ladies. Var is okay but I find that the pumps are too wicked for me to do my runs and very rough on my back when I stay low on the mats

      I cruise at 250-300mg test E per week

      I in the past would blast with 4iu GH and 700 primo & 500-600mg test

      I am getting ready to do a blast of 4iu GH 400-500 of test/EQ/dhb once I find a source I'd like to go with.

      I'm 5'11 204lbs at about 14-16% personally.

      At what dose do you run DHB? I've been very interested in incorporating it. We have similar goals. DHT compounds effect everyone different. The negatives can definitely out weigh the

      so, i've used DHB in the past from a non-bop source. it was insane at 600mg/w i think i ran it... for like 4 weeks.
      probably a compound favorite of mine, but alas.. i did it to get my order up to their minimum, and i heard weird things about pip, so i ordered enough to "try" but not to cycle... my impression was that i definitely got the pip but the way i felt was awesome.

      i have been suggested by sciroxx to try EQ/DHB combo which i for sure will for my next cycle after their suggestion, i haven't seen a log of anyone trying it so i'll be excitedly the first and will be sure to try to toss in a good log and bloods to contribute around here

      the way i see it is a 400/400/400 or 500/500/500 (depending on the mg/ml) of eq won't give me anxiety, or really any sort of super adverse sides, but it has just enough aromatizing properties to also make me not dry out too much and increase my RBC for better overall cardio and nutrient use my body can handle.. none of it is a hard DHT, so it keeps my hair together.. and with dhb being so close to primo i hope i can keep most of my gains, though i'm not expecting 15lbs of muscle i expect over a 24 week cycle i will be up to 210 and hopefully beating my old times with my races, fights, and lift maxes all synonymously even while im heavier

      They use test and blood doping to keep their cardio high. EPOs I believe, they inject oxygenated blood into their system because they dont test for it all the time in UFC. Some guys will train at high altitude to get more oxygen in their blood.

      It all comes down to the type of organization and what circuit these guys are competing in.. geographical location is a huge one!

      For the most part they don't have a lot of sophisticated tests for the amateurs..

      But like I said depending on the circuit and if someone is registered on a pro card they do test for metabolites and a lot of these guys use peptides, Meldonium, and TRT (for some of the older lions that are able to go through clinics)..
      Without naming the affiliation that I roll in, there is a lot of individuals that have transcended into the MMA scene, some are at lower-tier local pro circuits and others are fighting at some of the world's leading organizations..

      Using PED's is actually frowned upon by most, it has a lot of drawbacks and limitations.. there is a lot of politics in the MMA industry and there is a lot of social media slandering and trash talk with opponent, rivalry and even the likelihood of future opponents, and there's a lot of Amplified tensions at events, a lot of these individuals do not want to be put on the radar because there's a lot at stake especially if you transcend from being a combative sport contender over into the mix martial art game because you have a lot more to lose, not just your reputation but your entire career.. there's not a lot of money to be made so there is little to no room for error..

      Plus one of the drawbacks with PED's is that the muscle belly becomes over-saturated and full with blood too quick and too soon and this will provide a major disadvantage with Mobility, speed and agility and eventually gassing out (oxygen in the blood being burned up at an accelerating rate)..

      I'm not here to convince anyone, and I'm not trying to mitigate that the usage doesn't happen because it does, but not on the scale that you would think... A lot of these guys have too much to lose.. if you belong to a very well recognized affiliation or camp it could bring a lot of unwanted attention, and a lot of these affiliations that these Fighters belong to theres also just regular people that train there that have no intentions on competing even with local events, and this would include Gi or No-gi tournaments.. therefore the reputation of these affiliations are taking extremely serious..

      when I tell you that there is not an overwhelming amount of advantages with using peds and combative sports, I'm being dead serious.. on paper and by theory it seems beneficial, but the risk versus reward is just not there..
