Thread: Post PCT Bloodwork - Help Please

Cycle was 14 weeks of Test E 500mg & Deca 400mg. I waited 3 full weeks before PCT. PCT consisted of Nolva 40/40/20/20 and Clomid 100/100/50/50. I also used HCG during cycle at 500 iu per week and loaded up on week 14. All pretty standard procedure. It has been 6 weeks since PCT is done and by blood work shows everything crash to almost really low. What the heck is up?? All PCT meds from very reliable source. Testing was done through PrivateMD labs.

Question 1 - How can all this be so low? I dont feel like I am in the middle of cycle, but I dont feel that bad.
Question 2 - What should I do now? Restart PCT?

You need to follow up with an MD(urologist/men’s health doc)and let him/her get your numbers back in normal range. Sometimes it just a good idea to get extra help.

Thanks Max. I have been considering Dr prescribed TRT for a while now. My precycle bloods had my test at 280my test was around 280. If I go in now, with numbers this low, wonder how that visit would go. Ultimately I’m ready to go TRT so I can keep my numbers level when off. I’m going to be 40 so it’s time.

Yeah Brother, do it ASAP. You definitely will qualify. It’s really nice having an MD in your pocket for total health anyhow. They help w your total health. Obviously some are idiots, so just try and find a really progressive doctor.

Buddy of of mine just went and got RX for 200mg of cyp per week and they sold him HCG to go with it. He was around 375. And is in good overall health and shape. He paid a couple hundred for all the bloodwork and the HCG was reasonable. Will try to call and make appt tomorrow!

I dont know much about your previous cycle history but the more cycles you do the harder it is to get back to normal. Plus your 40 yrs old. Your post bloods is def a issiue and you needed some clomid before even starting a cycle. Gotta think about it 500mg test a week is insane amount to be taking Realistically but we are so used to that number getting thrown around and to us that number is on the low end of a cycle. There are some many things that could of happened so you cant say well if I added hcg to pct I would of been ok which you actually should of did. This is perfect example of why we should get blood workout throughout our cycles not just beginning and end cause of you did you could adjust accordingly. We would like to beleive that our trusted sources are always on point with products but is not always the case. Not saying it was the products but who knows.
Your pct wont be the same as everybody elses and it's good to get an idea on what products to add and what doses but this is why bloodwork is so important to keep getting through out. Like I said there is so much more info needed like were you on AI during cycle, where your product legit AAS and PCT, me personally I would of ran clomid way higher for longer cause I needed 150-100mg for 6 weeks for my numbers to come close to normal actually its towards the low end. just by your pre bloods you can see that wasnt enough and would of added hcg cause 500mg test week is a hell of alot and you just stopped cold Turkey not to mention you were taking deca as well. I really cant give you an answer but for the future I wouldnt just stick to one pct plan cause i hate to sound cliche and one thing I've learned is everybody is different and you have to get blood work more often so you can adjust. If products were legit then the clomid dose wasnt enough well for me that wouldnt of been enough and did you get full panel test like checking LH, FSH, estro. I think your at that age where PCT isnt going to cut it and like guys were saying might be time to go talk to a doctor and it happens to most of us me included lol. Years of cycling will do it. Hope you figure everything out and keep us updated cause your experience can help others.

You think 280 for a 40 year old is bad? try 242 for me, a 25 y.o 4 months post test e 500mg 12 week cycle (pre test levels were only 360, I've always been on the really low end for my age, sucks)

Should I start back on clomid and HCG?

any thoughts if I should restart PCT?? thanks guys
