      I haven't smoked bud in 2 years man. I don't know anyone who even sells here lmao. Trust me I'd love to get my hands back on some grass rn.

I don't like to smoke unless having a few beers first, but on cycle I don't want to drink. I know it sucks but at some point, you're going to need your sleep. Good luck brother.

      this was mentioned in a thread about sleep here. I tried it and it worked. Walmart and walgreens have it. I take two like an hour before bed and two hours before bed i take one genetic unisom. Seems to do pretty well.

If I ever do decide to do it again it'll just be a background dose of 50mg of E and just a once and let it flush out the system type deal... Only way that I could see myself legit doing it ever again really though would probably be as a base that way it can go in and out of my system rapidly and I get the training boost out of it without disrupting the other important functions of my body.

      Being strength focused I love things that light my CNS up and allow me to attack the weights, so I'm attracted to things that give that drive and stimulation. Gaining muscle/weight/size I account to the training, recovery, and eating so I don't care about tren's recomp effects or why most take it. But I can understand the allure if that is what one is after!

      Very elegantly put. I respond really fast to it. I spent about 2-3 months to dial in what was the highest mg I could dose w/o going totally nuts and having my blood pressure spike. My iWatch actually picked up my elevated heart rate when I was on tren for an extended period. I am like you, 25-45mg per dose and I still feel like a god. Slow and low. Less is definitely more for me.

      100%, right there with you too! I was able to do the occasional 50mg tren-e here and there sporadically, once every couple weeks at most. One night I got a wild hair and just did a single 200mg injection (this past July), I was fine the first two days but then my digestive system went to hell and I couldn't keep anything down. Left me with a terrible gag reflex and couldn't mix solids and liquids anymore, so if I had recently ate I'd have to wait for the food to pass before I could drink water.... couldn't do coffee anymore, no alcohol either, and even during training if I took a sip of water I'd immediately wanna hurl, hard to train whilst not being able to replenish the sweat/water loss... Anywho, still made it through and things are just about back to normal...

      Thing is, years back I could go up to 400mg/wk no prob, now my body just doesn't tolerate it mostly... I know eventually our inner desire to progress and press further ultimately wins out and we do that which we say we won't, but that's why I think base would be my safest bet so it's in and out and not something I have to wait for to get out of my system.

      Weekly dose target 100-210mg/wk. on the lower end right now. I’m curious to see what happens to my legs. I already have huge legs but I wanna work on my delts. Excited and fukin nervous.
