If you look at Loomers log in the Exo forum he uses sustanon which is a 4 ester combo. You can use long esters with Tren a.
EQ is an especially large ester. Maybe look into the half life of each and start them at the appropriate time.
Week 1-3 run EQ/ Test E
Week 4 add in EQ/Test E/ Tren A
Continue the run.
I have run Tren A and EQ together. I did ok until I crashed my Estrogen with adex.
Understand the sides and know that it can be tricky. I was anxious and angry for a little as the esters started working. Anxiety can be a side of EQ and aggression likely from Tren a.

how long is tren a typically run? For some reason i think i read most use it shorter like 8 weeks of a 15 week cycle or maybe 12.
Next run coming up is
1-4 ( 25 days) 20mg dboll per day its old and weak
1-15 750 test
1-15 625 eq ( exo does not make a 200mg does)
1-15 300 deca ( mostly joints
I never ran tren but thought tren a maybe 150mg a week just to see how it works. Thoughts?

Tren a 6-8 weeks 300-500 is enough
Tren e 8-10 300-400
Tren hex 10-12 200-300
I think it has a lot to do with the ester and your personal ability to deal with the sides.
I am not saying people don’t use more but sensible approaches will get you great results.

I’ll never do Tren again…until next time, lol.
I’ve learned to keep my Tren E under 300mg a week and keep my Test at trt doses. I’ll still get a bit of insomnia, but not bad. Anything above those levels and it’s not great, at all.

ever need caber or amomosin usually enough? how do you takethe amaosin. i really want to try tren but likely less than 300mg a weke at first thing is likely i would e running it with deca and i nkow both are 19nor but i hear plenty do it. I figured could also run tren and equipoise maybe mast
