      short blast

      So stats are 5’11” 12% bf 196 lbs, looking to put on some good mass n put weight on the scale, 4.5k cals ed, just looking for input n thoughts on this short blast.

      Test c 250mg wk 1-8
      npp 450mg or 600mg wk 1-8
      Sdrol 20mg wk 1-4

      Switch out test c to prop. The long ester takes to long to kick in if your gonna get off at 8. Just my opinion.

      I would double the test and start it (the test) two weeks early. The Npp is fine if you want nandrolone specifically. I assume Sdrol is 20mg/day for 4 weeks? If so, I think this is a nice “blast” (although I don’t necessarily believe in blasts).

      My thoughts are the test will ease your body into the hormone uptick and after the second week your test levels will be high and stable when you start really ramping up. This will afford some strength and recovery when you add the very powerful Sdrol. It will also have you rolling nicely in mindset and intensity when start the actual “blast”.
      It takes me weeks to get up to being able to consume the large meals. So there’s that too.

      I do have caber, and adex on hand. Adex I’m looking to take .5 3x A wk n caber .5 2x a week if needed. Also I was keeping the test lower to keep the sides a little more at bay, but if you guys think the bump is needed I’ll go with it. I am on trt, just so you guys are aware. I think I’m going to extend it to 10 wks instead of 8
