This happens from time to time. You know you hit a nerve. It happens maybe 1 out of every 50 pins for me

I pin my glutes with 21G with 1.5 inch needle

Damn! 21gx1.5!!!!! I use that harpoon to draw out from bottles and then switch to 25g. Ouch!
