Dude I figured out the drol thing, same with me wake up take it , than litterly cannot eat anything at all. So I figured we'll it really doesn't matter what time you take it litterly. Do I would eat all day long and take it before bed , after a week I was up.19 pounds that's how you get around that shit!!!
