Yes it does but it is temporary and will go away, but hey check it out these are all parts of the game and I warn new guys about this. The good comes with the bad. Now the good: If you eat good and train right expect to put on around 20lbs on your first test cycle. So yeah will the pain initially suck, yeah but just wait till people start commenting on how you put on noticeable size, something you never would have been able to do naturally in such a short time frame. In fact, as a natural; it would be fair to say someone did well if they put on 20 lbs of lean mass in their entire life. Anyways, enough of my rant, just know that this is a lifelong commitment and there are going to be some things that you will have to deal with if this is what you want to do. So to summarize, I do not think there is anything wrong with your gear, I think this is just virgin muscle and "test flu" you are experiencing, but if you notice pain, redness, or swelling/inflamation around the injection sites than you should be a bit more concerned as it could be an infection. Again tho, that is could be, it also could be a reaction to caririer oils and a handful of other things so try not to freak out about things as long as you are sanitary. Just do your research and feel free to ask any questions on here bro. Tons of vets on the board that will be more than happy to help you. Enjoy the ride my man!

      Cheers for the advice. All this aside, the responses I've got from people i don't know personally who have taken the time to write such detailed replys is awesome and truly appreciate it.

      Back to your reply, so your suggesting to continue as i am and see if it comes good?

      And i did do plenty (hopefully enough) research to have everything covered, i did anticipate some pip but not to the point of being unable to go to the gym/work...

      I had my doctor show me how to pin quads. The key is to hit them from the side but you need to be careful of your IT band. I get 0 pip using pharma grade. I'm currently using some NPP200 and it goes from a 0 to a 6 out of 10. But I deal with it. I'm also using some test P right now. Using 31 gauge insulin pins. I just stab that muther fucker anywhere and theres 0 pip 0 sourness. Loving the test P.

      I just looked at the location and that it band is rather large and basically it looks like i would have come very close if not directly in there...

      Sounds like too much of a solvent was used. Naproxen sodium and vitamin C will help. If you smoke, do so and stretch the hell out of it. Icy hot helps for stretching too. You'll feel how balled up it is, but the real pain will be masked.

      I used to use QV 50ml enanthate jugs, I spent a few years finding ways to reduce pip. Use sterile oil to cut whatever you have left.

      I LOVE pinning quads. Another tip to help with virgin muscles and PIP overall is turning hot water on and running the barrel under it for about 10 seconds just to get the oil warm. Make sure you keep the needle cap on and try to keep any water out if possible. This method also makes it where you can use a much higher gauge and still get the oil through (27-30g) Best of luck. One day you’ll be able to use a slin pin on quads and you’ll never feel it again

      One sponsor hurt me like hell i dealt with it for two,cycles thinking its "virgin muscle" tried a new lab 0 pip. Asked rep about it said nobody has ever reported pip from said gear. Gotta be solvents used cuz both labs claimed the same amounts and mct.

      What is the concentration of your test? high test count = pip in a major way. I can deal with test 300 , but 400, no way. So painful. Also, just as a tip, never inject into your quads until the rest of your normal locations like glute or delts are good with it. I'm mostly a delt guy, but if the gear is painful, no way in hell am I putting that near my legs.

      I never did research on pinning quads back in the day and hit dead center half way down and wow, never again! Thought my quad was going to break that pin in half with the twitching and I almost passed out. I watched a video on youtube, an aussie fellow btw, and he was the best at showing exactly where to pin on your glute and your quad. I found if I stretched my thumb from my hip, end of middle finger off to the right is the best spot. He said, sit down on the toilet or chair, extend leg, flex your quad, find the peak - and relax slowly and watch where the peak falls off to the right (right leg example). ping 1/2 inch to the right of that location. I even shave that area just because i'm so paranoid about a leg infection. I only pin quads when I'm running prop and running out of areas. Delts are the best, you can find so many areas all over the place that are painless, however, if you inject painful gear into the delt area, you'll see a rash form that runs all the way down to the bottom of your bicep and can really be painful on delts and biceps. You'll get a low grade fever, probably what your experiencing with your quads. I've used that same gear and pinned my other delt, no problem. I wonder if I hit a vein and the oil and solvents just irritate that area. It's almost like you can see the spread of the oil beneath the skin. Weird, but I don't freak out about it. Oh , and don't do legs the next day if you pin quads. just my .02
