      I never did research on pinning quads back in the day and hit dead center half way down and wow, never again! Thought my quad was going to break that pin in half with the twitching and I almost passed out. I found if I stretched my thumb from my hip, end of middle finger off to the right is the best spot. He said, sit down on the toilet or chair, extend leg, flex your quad, find the peak - and relax slowly and watch where the peak falls off to the right (right leg example). ping 1/2 inch to the right of that location. I even shave that area just because i'm so paranoid about a leg infection. I only pin quads when I'm running prop and running out of areas. Delts are the best, you can find so many areas all over the place that are painless, however, if you inject painful gear into the delt area, you'll see a rash form that runs all the way down to the bottom of your bicep and can really be painful on delts and biceps. You'll get a low grade fever, probably what your experiencing with your quads. I've used that same gear and pinned my other delt, no problem. I wonder if I hit a vein and the oil and solvents just irritate that area. It's almost like you can see the spread of the oil beneath the skin. Weird, but I don't freak out about it. Oh , and don't do legs the next day if you pin quads. just my .02

      Well what I would recommend is first of all rotate injection sites as much as possible. I rotate delts, quads, and glutes. So I would say by your forth time going in the same muscle if you still feel significant pain then yeah something else is wrong. Another person pointed out too hopefully your using a regular-dosed mg product such as test e at 250/mL or test c at 250/mL. I never understood higher concentrations because if they are made legit they are painful no matter what you do. This is why pharmacies make these compounds at these doses. It is the most amount of compound you can put in each mL without being painful. If you do have higher mg gear I would cut it will sterile grape seed oil as some have suggested. But yeah I think you should just proceed or maybe break it up in smaller shots for the time being if it too painful. You have to remember your muscles are solid and not used to being stabbed with a needle, let alone filled with a cc of oil. Another odd thing for me was that my delts were pretty painfree when I pinned those on my first cycle, but I naturally had big shoulders. Your just going to have to experiment a bit (as long as your researching proper pin sites) and see what works best. But yeah painful first glute injections are common. I had to tell people I sprained my leg because I was limping for a bit my first cycle. Then it would go away and I would later pin it again and start limping again haha so it was hard to explain that I kept getting reinjured lol. Let us know how you proceed brother, hope it all goes well. And again I would only be concerned if there were visual issues at pin sites such as redness, swelling etc. Also make sure to look up how to pin each muscle group correctly and where to pin. There use to be a site called spotinjections but not sure if its around anymore

      If it still hurts in your glute, try your delt. There's lots of areas, especially front delts that are easy to pin as well. I find I get less pain in the delts than anywhere else. Hope it goes better next pin!

      I'll throw in my two cents. I've been on TRT for about 3 years. I do EOD Prop injections. I started with delts because I used to get allergy shots there so I knew I could handle a needle there. Yeah I'm a puss when it comes to needles. Ok maybe not a total puss I have pinned my dick with Alprostadil before. Anyway I was in crazy pain for the first 2 weeks. After that I'd get the occasional sore shot but nothing like the beginning. After awhile I started doing glutes and VG. Glutes were crazy sore for the first week or two.

      I'm not saying it's not the gear but I will say I've experienced the virgin muscle pain. You may just be experiencing that too.

      So have continued using the Vita product and still terrible pains, even split one injection to 0.5cc in either glute to see if that would help... not really.

      I've spoken to the supplier regarding this and they said they will send some Omnia test e out to try but unfortunately i haven't heard back and haven't received anything either. So, now im in a difficult spot as I'm due for my next shot tomorrow but really can't afford to go through the pain especially when it's basically destroying my workouts and is making day to day work hard as fuck.

      So I'm coming up to the end of week 2, do i just stop and start again when the time is right? or do i stop and start pct to be safe?

      No sides that I've noticed yet

      We are spoilt for choice in Aus. Our labs are pretty good. Sometimes it can be hit and miss though.
      Could be your carrier oil, try to sus out what they use and switch to another lab with different carrier oil.

      Used high mg blends before and never had crippling pip, sure you can feel it sometimes but nothing major.
