Yes you should be at 4.5x mg/wk. but also we all metabolize testosterone differently. On 200mg a wk your total twat was at 600. I run 200 and I am 954. So we can’t say 100% your gear is under dosed. As well for me being on TRT, I need .5 adex for 200mg T to keep e2 in check but also not have sides. At 400mg T a wk I would easily recommend 1mg adex each time you pin. Yes. mast E or proviron could help but start with adex. Good luck.

His total test was 600 on 200/week. I can say with 100% certainty it is under-dosed.

My scripts were under-dosed as well. Which was why I originally switched to ugl test. It’s also why I don’t bother to keep them. I fill it to keep it active. I toss the garbage in the garbage.

Based on the OPs response ^^^ your telling me his Pharma grade testosterone that he gets from cvs is under dosed?? I don’t think so.

Yes. If his total test is 600 and he’s taking 200mg/week. It is under dosed.

I’d love to hear how you don’t come to that same conclusion.
