This is exactly why I'm reluctant to give out advice on anything more than just a basic cycle!
I could give you a real good cycle but I'd have to train with you for about 2 or 3 weeks before I do come close to something that would work for you.

It sucks but really this game is based on trial and error and how well can you listen to your body. I knew a ton about this life before I started from growing up with it, but until you get your own experience you don’t know what’s going to work for you. That’s not just the gear that’s down to diet, style or method of training, everything.
