IMPORTANT GROWTH HORMONE INFO!!!
A lot of guys ask me about GH and when to take it?, why? how much? amount? Here is one of the best answers I can give.
1. Consistency is more important than the total dosage. Taking a 200 IU kit of GH over 50 days (at 4 IU a day) is more efficient than taking the same 200 IU over a period of 25 days (at 8 IU a day). This is where money $$ plays the role of how much you can take per day.
2. The overall benefits of GH are not seen quickly. I always recommend taking GH for the longest period possible rather than large doses for 8 weeks. Even @ 24ius daily for 8 weeks ~
(which is 1344ius total) The users gains will mostly come from water retention or AAS or both. The same man can use 4ius for 344 days straight in combination with cycling on and off or TRT and get permanent muscle gain and fat loss, skin thickening, hair improvement, etc.
3. Mostly, your liver can work with three to four IU of GH at a time and can do that twice a day with a reasonable gap of five to seven hours. So 6 to 8 IUs daily would be optimal if you can afford it. If you cannot afford it, I personally would save enough money to do 3IUs minimum for six months to a year. [5 to 10 kits]
4. GH does work best with the introduction of insulin and thyroid hormone. I will not comment further on this subject as it is dangerous and should be done under proper supervision/guidance.
I just wanted to post this as general information
on human growth hormone. There is a key combination of compounds that when used... will take your body to another level beyond steroids.

Appreciate this Max!!! I think I’m stuck at 3iu 2x per day. That seems to be a good spot for me but also the 4iu split was doing just fine as well. The longer you go the better the outcome like you said.

Growth hormone was a game changer for my physique, after about 4-6 months it was like a switch went off and I looked completely different. Adding in 50-100mcg T4 (not T3) also made a noticeable difference. Then I added in insulin around my workouts and holy hell. I look like a different person while using lower dose anabolics.

Yes indeed, those small additions allow your body to grow like David Banner in a gamma X-ray machine. It’s quite interesting how gh increases your igf1 but lower thyroid hormone. It changes the game if your able to get a GH shot when your insulin is lowest and then take your insulin 30 min after the Gh shot. It always blows my mind how effective the (Big 3) work when used correctly. Everyone of those guys people see in BB competition are shown the proper info and guidance on gh, insulin and thyroid hormones, at least the winners!! Lol

Definitely so much to learn around gh. My hesitation has always been not feeling comfortable with adding thyroid hormones (t3/t4) & insulin. I read everything i can about this topic & it all seems to come back to doing bloodwork & monitoring liver numbers. Certainly, at my age, i plan on starting low & following the ramping protocol. I'd assume not having to add anything additional would be best, but only bloodwork can give that information. You guys that have experience, it's nice having your pov on these things, so thank u all for posting up your experiences.

Did you do the t4 everyday? At how many ius did you start t4 supplementation?
