Yeah man, I hear you. I stopped training forearms because I can’t get my arms through the sleeves of most shirts.
Just fucking with you man. I actually had a gut say that to me once concerning dress shirts. EVERYONE in the room cracked up and started blasting him.
”Yeah man, I can’t wear 80s BB pants ‘cause they’re too tight on my quads.”
People make me laugh.

Other than that, I take it easy on squats due to 3 hernia operations but I hit it all.

Forearms are the only muscle group that I dont train directly. They get worked on pull days and I also have an injury on my right forearm.

Jesus what a tool lol. I'd love to get to the point where I need all my clothes tailored.
A little off topic here but regarding clothes...It pisses me off that they assume if you're an XXL that you must be fat. So if a guy like me who's an XXL shirt size with a 34 waist I have to either buy an XXL that fits my upper torso perfectly, but looks like a parachute around my mid section, OR go a size down and have my belly button stick out whenever I reach over my head. Where does a brotha gotta go to get some slim fitting XXL shirts?

I used to neglect forearms until the size ratio difference between my bis and tris and my fores became noticeable. I can't stand that uneven look so I blast the shit out of forearms often now.

How long have you been consistently working your forearms? And have you noticed a significant improvement since?

That's my issue as well. My wife bitches all the time about my baggy ass shirts. I get some tailored but its still an issue finding nice ones, let alone a suit.
I really think its a mistake to not train everything. I'm old and out of the competing game but all that shows on stage. Just look around the gym and look at all the guys who don't want to train legs or calves.......LOL!

Yep. I buy XL button up shirts and the tail is for a torso twice the length of mine. T-shirts are the same. Widening the shoulders increases the torso so much that they bunch up at the ass and crotch.
I hate buying clothes.
Oh, and XL T’s in Mexico are like medium US shirts.
