Your timing with your bloods is okay but you could have went a couple more days out more because you're still pretty much close to the cMax level with it tampering down.. but considering everything you're really not sitting in a bad place so to speak..
Clearly your HDL is on the lower end most likely because of the winstrol, it will literally cut your levels at half within 3 days so it will take some time to get levels back up to normal.. in that department for now I would suggest consuming more unsaturated fats, get more avocados in your diet along with nuts..
Your bun/creatine levels are what strikes me the most..
You should focus on water loading, and try to stay more hydrated.. if those levels get any higher you will be borderline rhabdomyolysis..
what I would suggest is just taking a few days off from the gym, try to minimize your dense macros, consume more fluids and stay hydrated..and lay off any supplementation that you may be taking whether it's protein powder, creatine, or any other powder base supplement..
Your RBC level is not crazy off the charts and it is to be expected to be elevated..what you could do is call around at the blood banks and ask if they are taking any blood for research purposes.. it's a different option rather than donating blood for someone in need, in lieu your pint of blood can be used in clinical settings with experimental drugs with coagulating and other research purposes for anticoagulation..
Considering where your total test levels are at your estradiol is that a pretty respectable level..
We can try and Chase numbers all day, with attempting to get everything within a perfect spectrum but the reality is they will fluctuate and change throughout the day, and they will change day by day.. no matter how sensitive your blood work essay is it is still merely just a snapshot of what is currently going on at that moment, it can shift within the matter of hours..
You also may want to consider incorporating 3,000mg choline and inositol, every day for the next 30 days. This is probably hands down one of the most effective and best liver assistant/aid protocols that you can do.. it literally can provide game-changing differences in your numbers.. you can do this while running gear oils/orals, or you can simply incorporate it every couple months, or even post cycle/blast..
Nice IGF level BTW
