No way. I vacation in playa del carmen every year. Walk into any pharma or large store that has a medical section. They have test and deca over the counter if you just have to inject. Just my $.02

Pin before getting on the flight. Long ester would last at least a week. If your vacation is longer than two weeks buy some gear there. It's legal to buy there....

The only pharma, er, farma gear you can get is Aspen (formerly Organon) Deca at 50mg/ml, Sustenon (that’s how we spell in here), Bayer Primoteston Depot. You can get Tesoprin-D but it is notoriously the most painful injection in the steroid world.
All the “under the counter” gear brand are completely dubious. Underdosed or no hormone at all. I can’t even imagine what the “labs” look like. The brand we make is maybe available there but I wouldn’t know if they have a distributor there other than gyms.
You can take preloaded syringes as planned without any issues. If they do x-ray your bags AND call you out on it, just explain it’s medicine/hormones. At the WORST they’ll toss it.
Id prefer you carry vials down that you can throw away before you leave. Syringes are available everywhere. Right on the shelf at grocery stores, Walmart, etc. Have fun and I wish you no huracánes.
A reminder here that steroids aren’t illegal here in any way. They just don’t care.
