I think with the whole 30+ sets thing, I really appreciate your concern bro.
I changed my protocol on training. So while yes, I used to clock up 30+ sets on Bis, I feel maybe I wasn't going heavy enough. So now I am upping the weight constantly, even if I struggle previous set. But not too much that I am only doing 4-6 reps and just getting strength gains. I also drastically reduced rest time, previous exercises took 2-3 hours.

Guys another thing. With the current cycle, whats your take on two 19-nors, could it be responsible for a shortness of breath I experience sometimes? I don't experience it when I do weights
Also, my appetite sometimes is zero. Thyroid checked, everything is fine.
How about using one after the other sequentially?
