Seems worth the while, cost comparison to buying the extra pins just for drawing!

Does it drain the vial any better then just drawing it yourself? I.e. less waste/more gear

I dont know yet. I read you'll get every last drop. Its def quicker you are drawing with the end of the barrel.

We offer them here at PSL.. It's out of stock at the moment, but we can get them upon request.. We sold out at one point last year, it was crazy!

      Vial Adapter 20mm "Vial spike"

Gain compatibility and convenience while reducing the risk of cross-contamination & Rubber Stopper damage..

These 20mm vial spikes can be reused multiple times, fits firm and snug (Universal) to all 20mm vials..
No more need for changing drawling pins, swabbing and multiple puncturing to your rubber vial stopper..

      How it works:

      1) Swab vial top with alcohol solution, let air dry and attached vial spike.. That simple!
      2) Connects to needle lure/ male barrel like most needle tips. It allows for multiple use.. Set and forget..

I'll give a fast discription on how to use them..

1)Swab stopper with alcohol on vial, open and snap on vial spike
      2) unlock needle from barrel and pull back the desired about of mL but in air exchange, screw onto spike into female spike cuplink and displace air from barrel into vial, and you will begin to have back pressure filling/pushing as you pull the mL amount, it flows easier than you have ever experienced before..and just add needle tip back on!

I doubled checked to see if this exact spike can be removed and reused like I have done with prior spikes in the past, and YES, carefully pull back tabs on each side and pull off, and apply to next vial..You guys gotta score these, makes life so much better!

Can you reuse the adapter after finishing one multi-use vial or is it no longer sterile? These things look great. Im going to order a few.

If you can sterilize then I would reuse them.

They're cheap enough in which you can use a new one each time but I have personally reuse the same one multiple times..all you have to do is pull up the side tabs and remove it and then place it on the vial of your choice.. always swab each vial before you put it on..

the only downside is I noticed you have to keep the vial upright at all times.. because a very slight amount gets left in the coplink and it can drip out. It's not a lot, just a few little drops if that.

The vial adapters I've been using are leak proof. They have a safety switch that needs to be engaged by a syring when attached to the adapter

You're misunderstanding what I'm saying.. all of the vial adapters have a flow mechanism.. however inside of the cup link after you remove the barrel there is a very very little bit of residue oil, it's not much, but if you tap into the same vial multiple times a week and you lay on its side you'll see what I'm talking about.. put a piece of paper down underneath the vial , after a few days you'll see what I'm talking about.. like I said before it's not of any major significance, I just didn't like it because my little container I keep my current compounds in were getting "slightly" sooted.. look inside the coupling you'll see the release valve that I'm talking about and how a little bit of backflow can seep out..
