Ok for those of you that don't know me I'm 6' 235 13-14%bf, been cycling for 4-5years the last 2-3 of those pretty seriously. currently finishing pct balls are pretty normal tho not much sex drive but i think its cuz i got so used to test lol only lost 5 lbs coming off. so far this year i did test/tren then cruised for 6 weeks then did primo/prop/tren/mast. did a lot of hcg at the end of that bec i was on way too long, then a solid month of pct. debating on staying off a bit longer, currently running 3.5iu rips/day with a cec stack for pre workout. i will NEVER stay on that long again i got so burned out lol retained most of my gains tho.

13-18 anavar 75mg/day

<300G protein
>200g carbs
>100g fat


I'm looking for more of a recomp maybe shed 1-2% bf while maintaining size. not looking to "Cut" serious weight as summers about over so I'm ready to build. and for those of you wondering what "PTREN" is... take a look at some logs on IJ about it... ran 2 weeks of it, shits GREAT lol. running test low because i bloat like a MOFO so i keep it low
