VG is like this comfortable little pocket. However people have different opinions on where is comfortable. I just did VG 2 min ago. Aspirated and hit blood. Pulled out a quarter inch aspirated again everything look good so I pushed the plunger.

i just pinned 2cc (100mg test prop and 100 mg NPP) into my right ventroglute for the first time using the pic that BGT put above, i hope i hit it right i pushed oil slow as i can and massaged lightly for say 20 seconds when i was done ill keep everyone updated it took me a year to grow the balls to try this spot and i hope it went well

Bro make sure you follow the picture bigtimegain posted. When I first stared I was hitting it to low and it was causing me terrible pip. Then I saw the diagram and boom not pip and slides in like butter!

Thanks for that bgt. I've hit blood a couple times on vg...I remove the pin - change to a fresh one and restick. Didnt know if all that was necessary- your way is much easier.

I love the VG never any pip except for Tren Base. For some reason when I hit the VG with Tren Base I get what I refer to as the Tren Volcano, its like my whole body is on fire and it feels like the top of my head is going to blow off. Luckily it only lasts a minute or two. :-)
