Then why are we raping ourselves? Take your time do it right. Will this eliminate pip? Maybe for some. But for others it may minimize in such a helpful beautiful way.
#1 you could slightly warm up the vial. Obviously you don't want it hot as f***
#2 clean the top of the vial with alcohol swab
#3 never use the same needle to inject with that you are using on your body. Night and day difference as far as dullness.
#4 if you're specifically getting pip then you may want to use an easier area such as the glute or VG. Although VG kind of f**** with me a little bit. But some guys rant and rave about it and say it's such a good spot. As opposed to the shoulders which can get quite sensitive especially more than a milliliter.
#5 obviously clean the area with an alcohol swab and stick the needle in slowly. If you feel something f***** up pull it out switch the needle tip clean the area again and start over obviously you have to move over just a tad. What's your feeling is probably a vein or nerve.
#6 always always always aspirate again if you see blood pull the needle out slowly switch tips move over clean the area again.
#7 okay so here's where it gets very important... inject super super f****** slow. When you're done let the needle rest inside your body for 30 seconds. Remember don't tense the area keep it very relaxed. You should be using an inch and a half. This will ensure that your deep intramuscular. Depending on the size of your body and your muscles this may have to be adjusted but for glutes an inch and a half will work for everybody.
#8 okay 30 seconds is up so you pull out the needle super super super slow. And immediately grabbed an alcohol swab and massage the area for another 30 seconds. Making circles one way...circles another way..back in forth
... side to side.
Short esters and especially no esters or base have Pip. Also some steroids have Pip themselves like dhb. Sometimes an allergic reaction to the oil itself such as EO can feel like you got hit with a baseball bat. But here's a big one no one really thinks about when you stick a needle in your body that's too short or you pull out too quick....oil and the steroid gets caught by leaking upwards and out of your body and gets trapped between the fat and the muscle and layers. This causes pip. All the techniques I gave you above all play a role in helping. In the end of the day sometimes we still get Pip. But the goal here is to minimize it.

yesterday i pinned my rt vg,tday my left it hurt like fuck both days pushing the pin in for some reason and i have pip goin on now i def need more practice to find the spot i think i went to low

What carrier oil is the sponsor using? I’m currently using one with MTC oil and the pip can be bad at times, but getting better as I go. Try 4 inches below your upper hip bone may seem high but is working very well for me.

Easiest thing for me is to lift my leg to the side. That causes the vg to flex- once you see the muscle your gtg
