Thread: Low dose DNP-how was your experience

This stuff sounds utterly terrifying.

At low doses, it's really not. A lot of incorrect information and fear mongering out there.

I've run it at 250 for up to 6 weeks with minimal sides (just sweating more than normal) results were good as long as I stayed fairly clean on my diet and kept my carbs low. Also, fatigue was an issue but I mitigated that some with a caffeine/ephedra stack or provigil.

Low dose dnp is rather useless.,, just talent at 600-800 and suck it up for 2 weeks and you’ll lose 1 pound a day maybe 2

why take a low dose and suffer longer than u have to?

It’s Way over blown man, the Canadian health system uses it to cure diabetes, don’t be scared just cuz peoplenon the Internet talk about shit they know nothing about. I’ve ran it at up to 1000mg and my health was fine, in fact it cures high liver values and brings them way down, and resets your insulin resistance. It does a number of great things that’s why the government has started using it in the healthcare system

Restless or is it “Reckless”.
Horrible advice.
I have no personal experience with DNP and wouldn’t consider it. TOTALLY unnecessary. I have however, looked into it and what you say is indeed reckless.

Did you use it in conjunction with your “white powder” equipoise?
