Low dose DNP-how was your experience

Low dose is the only way to go. The problem with most people is that they think they're not getting the results they want so they up the dose. DNP builds up in your system and there is very little gray area between a safe and unsafe dose. Do your research and find the dnp calculator before you start. 200-250 mg a day is plenty and I would add in a day off every 7th day just to be safe. YOu will not appreciate the results until a week or so after you stop so be patient.

I ran up to 400mgs and could barely function.... Never again... Now I run no more than 200 and I get results with almost no sides except night sweats.... Just run it longer... Higher doses are not worth it

100 mg/day of DNP works better for me than any amount of t3, clen, ephedrine, etc. The only side effect I get at 100 mg is a general warm feeling. 200 mg/day is more effective, but it makes me sweat more through the day and can interfere with my job and workout routine.

Yes, low dose is much better. Especially during the summer.
