Thread: Androgenic to Anabolic Ratios took me forever to find this

Awesome, thank you man. This is some amazing info, i need to learn more of the fundamentals behind AAS's instead of just how, how much, and when to use them correctly. I really want to know the facts and mechanics of AAS's!!!!

I have seen this before & always assumed it was true without thinking why. A bit back,when reading about it I read several times...that this information was derived from a study of growth in rat Prostates. I remember a study about rat prostates determining how androgens things are, but that is all.

If someone can dig up how this was all determined it would would help a lot of people.

yep it was a study on rats, and these ratios have minimal real world application

A little context - all these ratios are from studies on castrated rats. "Anabolic" is how much their levator ani muscle increases in weight under the drug ("lifting the anus" muscle, that receives zero exercise under normal conditions) compared to its increase under testosterone injections and "Androgenic" is how much their prostate mass increases. Needless to say that even in pigs and cattle (hello tren) those ratios are different and their metabolism is way closer to a human one.
