So my AI protocol currently has been 2mg of Adex weekly my dumbass thought i was popping my MK677 and my 2nd dose of adex for the week and I accidentally took a 20mg aromasin did I just kill off my estro!? 2mg of adex was working perfectly fine to combat my small signs on high e2 my estro for being on blast wasnt to high anyways last time I got bloods done level of 52 but that blood work was from about a month ago. Did I fuck up guys last thing I want to do is crash my estrogen any input thanks brothers.

If you said "a" 20mg Asin, as in one, then no you're fine. I've taken up to 25mg ED (not suggesting it just saying) IMO you'll be alright bud. And I definitely wouldn't try to offset it with a ramp in T....uhh uh.

What gear and dose(s) are you running. Estro at 52pg/ml is really low considering most on cycle should have 4x natty test levels. Keeping your easy to at 52 would probably hinder your gains. You need estrogen to grow.

Yeh just 1 20mg asin but I also took 1mg adex.

Just dropped Sdrol after a short 4 weeks on that
Didnt really use AIs at all until my nipples started really hurtinf now have been micro dosing and found that about 2mg of adex a week is looking like the sweet spot
Test levels are somewhere between 1500-3000 the quest blood work I got done would only give exact if under 1500.

Dont know what it is exactly now bloodwork is from about a month ago and yes estro was 52. Prior to that test tho rarely even take AIs I would only pop .5 to 1mg of adex started to realize my nipples were alot more sore and itchy so upped to 1 mg a week then now for the last 3 weeks since i started the tren been 2mg of adex a week.

Let me be more clear. Was your estro at 52 taking adex at 2 mg ew and running your cycle? 750 test and 350 tren. If so yeah you are good to go but you might considering lower your dex to . 5 mg e3d

No it wasnt my estro was 52 at barely dosing any AIs.

Gotcha I think you have nothing to worry about with a one time aromasin use
