How should we get started?
I'll tell you what I've been doing so far. Feel free to change everything about it.
I'm on 500 mg Test Cyp and 500 mg Deca every week.
One or two meals a day. 3 Burger patties with eggs. Sometimes go out for 2 chicken sandwiches or 2 burgers.

Some days I do a 30 minute walk after the gym. Can't really figure out how much cardio to do (or what kind). Trying to shred the fat to see visible abs.
