Its sore all over but it feels like its originating from lower to mid trap. I was doing military press. Then something just happened, no noises no pain. Just a stiff neck then it got worse and worse as the rest of the workout went.

Get some bpc- 157 (ace) asap, take a week off. The next week train legs and arms. Them resume full training on light side & build your way back up.
If I remember correctly you r on self trt so just extend cycle a couple weeks.
I am no doctor but from 45yrs of experience that's what I would do at 1st.
Personally I wouldn't even go to the doctor yet.
In my experience with doctors they just spread your $ around to there doctor buddies with referrals for 6months b4 they attempt to diagnose your issue. I am assuming u r in the US like myself.

Yeah I'm on TRT. I saw a doc and got prescribed some muscle relaxers which help with sleep because I can only sleep on my back now. They took xrays to check for spacing issues in between vertebra. But I totally understand what you mean by how they milk you. They offer PT instead of MRI and if PT doesnt work then you get an MRI. So backwards...

I strained my trap lifting the other day and my neck is stiff as a board. I got muscle relaxers from the doc "cyclobenzaprine".
Really sucks I'm mid cycle up 10 lbs on a bulk and now I'm on day 3 of no gym. It might be a blown out disk. I may have to cancel my cycle.

I literally just got back from the chiropractor this afternoon with exactly the same thing but I also had some vertebrae out of line in my neck. Anyway, I’ve been taking cyclobenzaprine off and on for a few months. It helps a lot. Been taking more baclofen than cyclo though which is nearly identical to GABBA which I found cool.

Can you focus on legs for now? That’s what I’m trying to do because I’m also mid cycle. I could use some extra attention on the wheels anyway.

At the moment sitting up out of bed is an issue. I find my neck wanting to hang down I have to remind myself to pick my head up. So the gym is outa the question for now. But yeah I'll try and train round it once its possible.

That’s the worst. I know exactly what you mean. Driving sucks too. I haven’t been able to check my blind spot for a while lol
