Ok don’t make fun. I’m new to Gh. I ordered 2-kits from a board sponsor it’s S.T so when mixing with the water do I put 2-cc in the bottle of gh or 3cc of water? I know not to mix more then One or two bottles out of the kid at a time and always keep it in the fridge. I know not to squirt the water straight on to the gh hard and fast. Just to let the water drip down the side of the bottle and into the GH and let it dissolve slowly do not shake the bottle.
Just not sure how much water to use?
And thanks everyone for all the help. Great family on here. Nice to not get flamed for asking like some other boards. At the end of the day we’re all here to learn something!!! Thanks

I use 1 cc. 2-3 is overkill.
What dosage are you planning on using?

I plan on running 4iu a day, I got a kit as well but Im waiting on my damn Bac water/pins to arrive. I honestly might just order from somewhere else that can ship to me overnight or 2day at the latest for the pins/water but 1cc of Bac is sufficient enough per vial?

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but yes 1cc is enough for the vial. If you were using 1iu a day I might consider 2cc of water. It's not necessary it's more psychological because pulling to 10 on a slin pin is such a small amount. Since your doing 4iu if your bottles are 10 then 1cc will have you drawing up to 40 on the pin. If you use 2cc you'd be drawing to 8.

If it’s a 10iu vial put 1cc BAC water. If it’s overdosed at 12iu put 1.2cc. If you put more then what the vials iu is then you will dilute it too much.
I always put 1cc of air in first as well so it draws out easier and you get most all of it at the end. Not necessary but people do it.

ST only for me.
People saying 2 ml is too much water I don't really understand the reasoning. You'd just pull twice as much solution when pinning and you'd waste less growth when you throw the vial away bc you can't draw every bit out before throwing away vial. Water is cheaper than growth.

I don’t know how you’re doing it because I can draw out every last bit. Plus if you’re lean it’s not cool having big lumps on your stomach from injecting large amounts of water.
Do what works for you but 1cc per 10iu vial works for me.

You're always going to leave the tiniest amount. It's impossible to get it all. Just saying the loss is less if you dilute it more. It's probably negligible either way. To each their own. You're right about the lump though as I'm still very lean from my competition a week ago. It just goes down in minutes typically though.

If you vial has 10iu draw 10 iu in insulin syringe & slow inject water(bac) on to glass.
If vial is 16iu draw 16iu in insulin syringe & inject in vial, it's that simple & 1iu is 1iu!!!
