Estrogen and endurance
Getting e2 labs done this wk. Can’t seem to level them out. If I back off AI they go up, if I go on they drop (not sure to what that’s why getting labs done this wk). Back to 250mg test and 200mg Mast e a wk. I know most say you don’t need AI but I do. I take .5mg adex each day I pin. Curious, this past wk had a drain energy feeling, low energy and endurance sucks in gym. Would you assume high or low e2? Going in tomorrow just curious of anyone’s experience. To add: no morning wood, but can have sex.
