Donating blood to regulate globulin
How often should a person donate blood while on cycle to regulate globulin levels to help with potential high blood pressure?

Every 56 days is what the RedCross allows. I schedule my appointments within a week after that 56 mark

I want to say a little bit yes. Less fatigued yes. I won’t say a eye opening difference but it’s there. I look at it as a oil change. You never change your cars oil it’s eventually going to run like shit and sluggish.
Your blood is thickening on cycles. You dump a bit of that and it will allow room for the new fresh stuff to roll thru.

It’s the consistency etc that makes a difference over time. 1x etc you won’t notice much. Fatigue? Initially possibly as your body has to produce more RBCs, but the more you donate the faster it gets and less symptoms you will feel. Most blood banks sheer I love allow only every 2 months. Have fun.
