This can be a very effective, easy cycle for putting on lean muscle. There are so many complicated views on cycling and I am definitely someone who has done a lot of them. A lot of people get hung up on exotic,
complicated runs and that is fine for the advanced/competing athlete. I’ve had a lot of guys ask about an effective cycle for putting on lean mass while lowering their bodyfat. Obviously there are so many points of view but, IMO/IME, this is a simple cycle that works 100%. EQ is very underrated because most people do not use is over a long duration which is paramount.

1. 500mg Test E/C weekly 1-16
2. 600mg Equipoise weekly 1-16
3. 50mg Dianabol/Anavar/Anadrol daily for first 4-6 weeks.
