I usually take mine in the a.m. about an hour after I take all my morning pills and supplements and before I put on my compression gear. When you take them make sure you take plenty of water with them more water you drink the more water that comes off of you. I've been taking lasix for about 7 years. 40 mg should be pretty potent just make sure you replace your potassium.
ok so what im askin is if i have a show at 8pm take it just once that morn and by 8pm i would look optimal?
Yes no later than noon. It generally lasts 4-6 hours.
I myself usually do 2 40s for the best results.
