Neutrogena Body Scrub with Salicylic acid, I've been using it for years and works great.

I'd probably aim for the mouth just to make sure you dont waste any.......

Anytime I take my test up to 500mg/week I definitely get acne - light sprinkling across my forearms and delts.
Nothing too heavy. I use Neutrogena Body Wash (the one mentioned above with salicylic acid) and it works well.
Oh yeah and like the man said: semen. Nothing like the nice afterglow of a semen body wash. Wait. Maybe I took that too far....

I just started using dawn and it seems to be working awesome

Ketoconazole 2%.. it's a anti DHT shampoo and it blocks the DHT receptors in the skin, it helps eliminate all sorts of acne.. but before you apply this I would suggest using just basic clear dial antibacterial soap, do not use loofahs or scrub brushes because they will leave small micro abrasions and bacteria can thrive in these areas.. hand wash the affected areas and then apply the Ketoconazole 2%.. this is simply just a targeting method, if you have persistent acne you may need a different type of treatment .
